We want you to love your BreezeDesk purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- To start a return, contact us at your store email with your order number.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
